Have: Cushaw, Arugula / Want: sweet corn

Hi, I have enough seeds from cushaw squash and arugula to share with someone. It only takes a few cushaw plants to have enough squash for a whole winter's storage! The arugula seeds are tiny. I can supply someone with 10-20 cushaw and a teaspoon full of arugula seed.

I'd like seeds of a good heirloom sweet corn. I've heard "Golden Bantam" is a good variety. Anyone have that? I need about 100 plants to have enough genetic diversity and pollination to save good seed from it for next year.

What is this squash typically used in Rox? We need to talk about this on our lunch time out.

Off my head, lemon balm seed is abundant right now. Horizon herb seed i bought 2 instead of one

Hi Kristena,

This squash can be used in any of the ways pumpkin can. I make pies with mine, usually, but the color is not as pretty. They are a winter squash, which means they will store for a long time if you let them cure (let the shells harden after taking them off the vine) before putting them up inside. Aside from pies, the horses liked eating them as I got tired of baking pies, and the chickens did too, LOL.

Are you wanting to trade some lemon balm seed for the cushaw seed? That would be a great trade, to me.
